Wow, you're a really good photographer. These are amazing shots.
Beautiful lake. Are you able to ride many areas there?
Bear Creek, Logan Valley Oregon
Mt. St. Helen's, Washington, from FR 25
That looks like the original rubber on that old xl, how could that be?
Out near Price, UT on Independence Day
I stitched together two pics from my iPhone and then one of my friends did a bit of post processing
Hi my friend

Hi dear friend
Yes, this tire is original XL 125.
I have always thought this was a quite a cool shot off the back of my bike going up and over the Southern Alps, NZ South Island..the Crew all on the same line:eek1
Another cool shot on a break on the way to the Homer Tunnel and Milford Sound..NZ South Island.
That deserves to be front page
Well, basically the lighting with a standard shot was a bit off, it was a weird time of the day. So, by making the exposure longer the camera was able to make the dark spots a bit darker, and the lights a bit lighter. I thought that this would look good considering the color difference between the green/brown and the orange of my bike.
Also, the water in this was moving a bit, by exposing it longer i could get the reflection of the bike in it by creating that "glassy" look.
Post processed in Lightroom. Lightened up the shadows, darkened the brights and de-saturated the colors.

Very cool shot. Just so I can see how much of a difference post editing adds, can you post same shot, pre-editing?
FANTASTIC SHOT westcoasttrekker !!!!
What "I" would REALLY like to see is some info on the camera used, speed, lens, aperture setting, etc., and other pertinent info so I can LEARN to take better shots myself... Yeah, I know there are plenty of "Photography Forums" out there, BUT as long as WE are showing bike photos, etc., I sure would like to learn to use my camera better...
Just my 2 cent on this AWESOME thread!!!!!!
Loooove Lightroom lol. Great edit and composition westcoast!!
