    What is the best road close to home (more or less 2 hrs away) that you ride and enjoy on regular basis? Show us your pics or videos.

    I start with Highway 198 close to Hollister. Every time I ride it I am amazed by the landscape and the remoteness so close to the Bay Area:

    That could have been a great video, but it isn't because the darned GPS is right in the middle of the picture blocking the view of the road ahead and the rider you are following. Very annoying because I keep trying to look around the thing and can't.
    You should either raise the camera up, or move the GPS.
