It's like the witches ginger bread house "Alaska style". That's interesting you put a raven on the top. There has been a raven hanging out on top of my tallest sign lately. Barb

Witch's ginger bread house? Who is that at the window? :lol3
That is considered good luck in some circles. Feed 'em! I do sometimes.
There was one hangin about the other day when I was there. I had just fed one of his cousins.
That Raven needed to be there at the top, I stick 'em in pix fairly often.

I have taken lots of pix of Ravens, hard to get a good one, and still do not have what I want. Wary critters. I always watch them, they do some pretty interesting stuff. Love to watch them do their acrobatic flying.
Raven, "The brains of the bird kingdom." Wish I had the vid of one that swoops down on a snowmachine, whips open a Velcro flap on the back of the seat, grabs a sandwich in a baggie, & is gone. Must have taken him all of 1.5 seconds, if that.

Some of them get pretty big. :uhoh ...... :D

My Wife is going to come with me, and she wants to drink a little wine at the function, since I'm the "driver" (rare occasion I promise). I know I'm taking a risk here, offering to bring wine:huh to a Biker Bash, but is anyone else interested in wine, I have a few bottles I could bring, just tell me "whites or reds, or both" and I'll bring them! We'll get there a little early and help Fighter set up chairs, and B.S., I love to B.S. :lol3 Looking forward to seeing "already mets" again and meeting the new folks, see you tomorrow! Derrick

Right about the wine... I was thinking the same... some nice red. BTW, in Spenard, to "decant" means to take it out of the bag.

Feel free to swing by the Pump House when you get to Fairbanks. Some of the frozen few will be braving the conditions in order to discuss the merits of all things important. :freaky

Hey Fighter, I can bring my truck and help with chairs if you run out of room in that Boxcar you drive!!!:lol3 Let me know, otherwise, I'll be going for better mileage in Ma Bell's suburban! My 454 is getting me about 6.5 MPG :eek1 right now! I'll bring a cork screw, and a Venturi (it quick decants the wine). I'm assuming plastic cups are fine, I'm a cheapskate and hate doing dishes!:lol3 But that's no suprise, since I do ride a KLR650!!:clap Derrick

Probably not a bad call BWD. A little extra haulin' room would help.
Let's meet at the "old same place" some time after 9:00 tomorrow AM
I hope to be done and out of there by noon. Fite
