    Thank you!
I was able to take over 900 pictures on this trip. Stopping to take pictures does add time to an IBA ride but I would regret not having the pictures.

The later start times also added to the challenge. I didn't want to ride through Independence Pass in the dark so I couldn't leave Death Valley until 1:00 pm.

I've been to the top of Evans, down to Badwater and also over Independence pass although not all on one short duration ride that you were able to accomplish. Certainly Independence Pass is an accent that is a MUST in the light. Took a few pics very similar to yours my last time over. Would have enjoyed riding my bicycle over from Aspen due to scenic value.

How was the fuel efficiency on your bike and what type of range do you have?

Amazing you could put that kind of mileage down every day and still get all the photos.

Do you drink any type of beverage with caffeine? I've found the Starbucks Double Shots serve me well for 1000 mile plus day rides.

Steve, I still plan to do this ride. I've said it many many times elsewhere, you're my hero!!

That cooling thing I was talking to you about...I've posted up here a review of it but it's waiting for moderator approval. I probably broke some rules but I hope not. It's a valuable tool for riders that frequent this forum. We shall see.
