    And to keep this topical... Rode a buddy's GSPD earlier today that's equipped with Progressive fork springs and Hagon shock and at 220lbs it nearly beat me to death. How my 140lb buddy rides it is beyond me? He bought it that way, but I gotta know why people do that sort of thing to a beautiful riding bike like the stock GSPD? :scratch The WP shock as standard with a GSPD is one fine riding suspender and nothing floats over road irregularities like stock BMW fork springs.

    Why do people mess with this stuff? Why?!?

    I just returned from the wellsboro area, stayed in the Germania Genl store and drank at the Germania Hotel across the street, great stop, google nelsons bmw motorcycles for photos, the 77 block will need a newer cam w/o the nose on it.
