Sorry to hear you're dealing with dental issues. BTDT, no fun.

The kitchen project should help distract you.

I finally caught up on this rr. Great stuff. Had a good time reading it! I spent five years in the Navy and I swear I think you guys have seen more of the planet than I have.

:lol3

If the memory in my foggy old brain is correct I think we did meet once. This was a few years ago. You were handing out flyers for some bike event at the Fairgrounds. We spoke for a few minutes before I jumped back on my KLR to finish the days ride.

The obligatory Thompson Valley shot. Almost every ride I take starts out with me on 16 heading South.

I'm looking forward to more installments of your adventures!

Thanks for sharing!

I know what you mean. I've been taking photos and shooting video for years and still haven't organized anything into any kind of report.

Busy Busy Busy on the farm...

Cattle are doing great.. As are the Horses...
Spring has sprung..
The Cherry trees are blooming big time and found 10 more trees !!:wings :clap
I guess they are now old enough to bloom they are around the old house..

The Quince bushes are also in full bloom and the Hummingbirds are enjoying them big time...

We went to TX for 9 days I'll have to get that RR going...

Last few days had been planting signs so I had to get 1000+ seeds in cells and under lights and the colder types in the Greenhouse...

And yesterday I finished painting the small bathroom.. Now for the final touches ..
Like Curtains and the switch plate ... This was the first time I didn't make the curtains first...
But did finally got the new Commode in after having the new one sitting in the shop for 5+ yrs..:huh

Got that in a week before we headed out for TX... So I didn't really get a good chance to paint..Other then the wall of the said Commode....

Oh and been working in both gardens to clean up from last years growth ,and weeds.. So did the burn thing.. HB ran a bunch of composted horse and cow poo... And put all that in the smaller garden.. Now it sits and will lime it this week and till...

Maybe he can get some in the bigger garden as well...

:lol3 Well now ya'll are caught up with farm life ....

The Meltdown web site apears fairly new and not very clear as to their planning. I suppose one would need to visit the site on occassion to understand their plans for another show. I was told at the Hendersonville show that it is held more than once a year.....here's the site: http://www.meltdownvintage.com/index.html

The brewery is a cool place on it's own. Here's their site: http://www.sabrewery.com/ at least they have a calender of events.

The Ton-Up club seems to be envolved in some way: http://www.tonup-nc.com/

BTW...the show, although a bit wet, was full of nice bikes but more importantly was filled with very nice and socialable people. I suspect a good time was had by all.

I even lost my stuffed to the limit wallet which caused a massive hunt by all. It was found and returned unmolested.....Whewww.......a testiment to the good people attending.
