Das, are the sites on a card or do we have to check-in somewhere?

Menu: four cases water, chime in on beer requirements, dogs, oatmeal, eggs, burgs, mint condoms....opps condiments, bread(multi grain), pb and j (raspberry),turkey lunch meat, chips(flavor?), sliced cheese?,basic vegies.

    Saterday morning breakfast?

Main meeting: Whistlin' Jacks on HWY 410 @ Clifdell 10:00 to 11:00am saturday. Bring FRS radios if you have them.

If I find all the pieces, 2ea two man and 1ea four man(mine and hooker) tent, one cooler ice, two cooler food, one coleman camp stove, pots and pan, 1ea lantern, whatever else I can muster. Did I say I HATE CAMPING, I may be cranky, but I will get over it.

Don't ramble on this thread please, just the needs.[IMG]

I have a first aid kit, puncture kit and compressor always on hand. I always assume I'll need all three.

I PAID for the camping with VISA, so we are secure and good to go. We can settle up at the camp. I estimate $17 to $22 per person depending on the number of campers.

Not that it matters, but I was a paramedic many years ago. I worked on an advanced life support ambulance and out of a Trauma Center. It does not hurt me to watch other people bleed. I usually have a big first aid kit on hand.

I'll have food (low carb) for myself, but will also pitch-in and eat what everyone else does. I'll have water in the camper and I don't drink so no beer for me.

List is as follows but subject to change.

    Gsguy
    Stosh
    Nwtransalprider maybe
Toothy have you put in notice yet?
    Batfink you out there?

Gsguy needs to know if he should bring two small single burner gas camp stoves?

I will have first aid kit on hand, air pump for tires and air matress, my thong :evil and my wallet with some cash and credit cards to cover costs. Anything else?

PS I think we should get one more campsite because I don't want to share a tent, I hate camping also and that would cover one more campsite for a stragler or two, but they have to share because there late getting into this thing.

Sawmill Flats Campground is 27.5 miles east on HWY 410 (over Chinook Pass) from the intersection of HWY 410 and Hwy 123 inside Mt Rainier NP and 3.0 miles west of Whistlin' Jack Lodge on HWY 410, (3.1 miles west of Cliffdell, WA on HWY 410).

It is a mile south of the major southern turn in HWY 410 where the Naches and Little Naches Rivers meet. The name on the other map was hard to read.

We have the camp sites Fri and Sat nights. Anyone want to go down Friday?

We are in the Sawmill Flats Campground sites; 10, 11, 12, and 13. I have all the confirmation numbers which I will divulge when I get reimbursed.

We are strategically located between the river and the head. These are Premium waterfront camp sites. Whatever that means.

Arriving Friday July 15 2:00 pm
Departing 2:00 pm Sunday July 17

We paid for two nights camping (required to reserve camp sites on a weekend), but do not have to stay Friday night. The sites are reserved for us Fri and Sat night. Official checkout time is 2:00 pm.

    Here is the campground map:

I have provided the latitude and longitude of the campground entrance in 2 different formats; degrees and decimal minutes, and decimal degrees. The third option, not given, would be; degrees, minutes, seconds.

    46 58'.431N 121 05'.702W is degrees and decimal minutes.

    46.97390N 121.09504W is decimal degrees.

They are the same point, just different ways of expressing it. I gave two versions in case different GPS units require them. Look at your GPS display to determine which you need.

This concludes our GPS lesson for the evening.

I will also bring a 5gal bottle of H2O. Stocked tool box, fire extiguisher, DRZ and maybe an XR250L. I will be bringing one tent (2man) I am not totaly opposed to sharing the tent if nessacary (I have good earpugs).
