    ....Or Earnhart Sr, or the King, or Yarlboro....I'm a San Diego boy and love that JJ is winning with a lot of talent, but mostly the old fashioned way, with hard work and dedication.

    The fact that he came out of the off road world of Bikes and Trucks just makes it all the better.

    He's likely to win till someone earns it away from him.

    Johnson would be a nobody without Chad Knaus. I wonder how Hendrick has managed to keep these two together.

    Chad's good for sure, even super good, but I credit more than half of their success to Jimmie's team attitude. There is no one with his ego under control more than JJ.
    .....and JJ is so focused that he has no personality almost....but that focus is his strongest point. No other driver has matched that and won't likely be better till they do. :clap:clap

    It will take their interest to drop off before he's knocked off the top....which always happens after a lot of years on the top of the mtn. The question is how many years.
