I tried the search function but had no luck so here goes. Does anyone know of a good hood for a Nav IV. I saw one on the Suburban Machinery we site when looking for bar risers for my R1200RT. They dont sell the hood just the risers. There is a glare on the screen and Im trying to do something to make it more user friendly.

    Thanks, Bud

'taint a Nav IV Budman, it's either a II or a III. That looks like someone just stretched a Glare Stomper a bit......

I should have qualified, I have a NavIV on my RT and would like a hood to fit it. Or is there another way to block the glare? Mine is mounted above the dash not in the center as pictured.

Click on the link that I posted and you can order a Glare Stomper in the dimensions that suit your application.

I looked at the hoods suggested but foound one with much better reviews. RBNS Hoods. They make one especially for the NAV IV. I ordered on and we will see how it works. Ill keep you posted.

Hey Budman... any comments on the HOOD for us? I fabricated one out of some black plastic from a mat - it mostly fits, but still not happy with glare. Maybe it needed to be deeper. I'm interested in this for the Nav IV. This is one of the aspects that makes the newer Montana interesting.
