It's looking like I am going to be moving to Panama and I need bike info...

Namely, what is the best brand to shop for? I just came back from panama and saw an eclectic assortment.

But I need to know what is out there...any Kawasaki dealers? Honda?

Will I screw up by taking my tiger 800. I plan on buying a 250 regardless.

    Thanks in advance,
    Bryan

Because of dealers and parts availability, I would recommend Yamaha. Chinese bikes are half the price, but I love my XT250, paid $4100 in David.

Importing the Tiger will be expensive, but cheaper and easier than trying to find a suitable replacement!

Heya Bryan, we considered a 250 option for Ellen so I did quite a bit of research, I agree with Chiriqui Charlie the XT250 came out on top for $ and equipment.

The only one I would place better is the Kwaka 250 Super Sherpa being 6 speed but they are hard to find.
