Jeffrey City--Pumps are there, but don't count on gas--Gas up at Muddy Gap and Lander for this neck of the woods.

    Laramie area?
-medicine bow--Yes--and you can tour the Old Virginian Hotel rooms when you stop.
-rock river--I've seen pumps, not sure if they are working.

Hanna is halfway between Laramie and rawlins, yes to gas.
elk mountain also has a station.
Going South from there Saratoga, and encampment both have fuel. Not sure about any of the little places between there and Laramie.
But between Saratoga and bags there is some good two tracks with ghost towns on the trail and you have hot pool and showers in Saratoga free of charge.

Ya I live in carbon country, with a new to me Dakar, are you new to Wyoming of road?
Just remember cell phone coverage is iffy of the interstate, seasonal road closure means possiblely till July when they break the drifts.
And the wind is ducking insane.
    Good luck.
If you have any questions drop me a note .

I would be very cautious with Muddy Gap. They have gas, but they don't sell much and you can get a sputtering engine if you fill up there. Add a little, but not alot.
