    I appreciate that, and I might still need them. I think only the top are done on mine. That is if they fit the bottom mounting points.

    Speaking of KLR's, there is a 'decent looking 97 in Canton for $1,500 obo if anyone is looking. I thought about making an offer but I already did the KLR thing once and would rather try a DR650 if I go big bore Japanese thumper again.

    Science, the bolts are the same for gen1 and 2. Next time you go to the lake house let me know, we can change them.
