I really really really tried to like "Iron Sky" but it just did not happened.

I don´t know: maybe too many common places in the story, or the overacted characters?

On the other hand, "The forgotten bomb" really catched my eye.. recommended!

+1 on Iron Sky. I tried to, too, but it was just too cheesy.

OK Iron Sky sucked and the girl wasn't as hot as promised in the other thread. The Downfall/Hitler gets a GS parody was good and there were a couple of Trek and Wars send ups that I liked. The anti Americanism fell flat in my garage plus there isn't a 2018 presidential election.

I would have never heard of this movie except that it was a constant meme in the old Fark photoshop contests but I watched Memento this weekend and liked it a lot. The only thing I could have asked for was for Jorja Fox to be onscreen more and clothed less.

I finally got around to watching Bernie. It is an OK movie, very funny in parts but Jack Black is amazing. He sings and dances and totally brings this character to life in what would otherwise be an episode of "48 Hours Mystery".

Certainly we do not need horror nor drama films. By watching "Maxed Out", "The Flaw", "Murder by proxy", "Inside the Meltdown", and that sort of movies you get enough soul crushing feelings.

Not a movie, but the wife and I started watching Revenge on Netflix. It's still airing new episodes on network TV.

I'm surprised how much I like it. Plus there's plenty of decent eye candy.

It's not the soap opera I thought it was...well it's a little soap, but the premise is downright awesome. Check it out.

I like quirky independent movies... These are two examples of why.

Kumaré - it's a documentary about a guy who poses as a Guru and gets followers, ends up being more serious than you'd think with that brief synopsis and isn't a prank on people. If I explain more it'll ruin the whole thing.

A history of the salt, Ab and Marv Jenkins and the Mormon Meteor.

Five stars, and you might get something in your eye at the end.

Today is movie night for me, but the movies you mentioned weren't found under Netflix search, could it be Country related? I am in Crazy Land Florida, USA, and the catalog is somethimes limited...

Pretty sure the name of the movie is Boys of Bonneville.

Seems like your Netflicks would be the same as mine.

This would have been an awesome 1 season show or mini series, etc. But it seemed so drawn out now in the second season that it lost me.

It has lost its way a bit, hasn't it. We are finally caught up and I agree that it's getting lost in itself. If there is a season three, maybe it will get back on track.

You got my hopes up that this was now streaming.

    I don't see it :bluduh

Easily one of my favorite movies! I do see it is now on iTunes for rental. That movie had recently disappeared from all digital sources. I'm happy to see it back, if not for streaming.

Farrell really is a great actor in the right role.

    Some great quotes, too!

    Ken: Coming up?
    Ray: What's up there?
    Ken: The view.
Ray: The view of what? The view of down here? I can see that down here.
Ken: Ray, you are about the worst tourist in the whole world.
Ray: Ken, I grew up in Dublin. I love Dublin. If I grew up on a farm, and was retarded, Bruges might impress me but I didn't, so it doesn't.

Us & Canada have some different content, even though the majority is alike. Used to piss me off when I'd see a great movie posted, try to watch it & get the not available for streaming message.:baldy
