Hey guys after putting 10k miles on my 990 the oem rotors statred knocking and developed play in the floating rivets. I couldnt stand it and the price of oems were crazy money. So I have been secretly working on these for awhile and have rode almost 20k miles on these and im proud to say we have come up with a great rotor that isnt going to wear out prematurely, performs great, is a wave design and there affordable. CJ Designs and advmachines will have them instock any day now . Ok done with the shamless plug im just stoked about these.

Yup those are the 300mm fronts leaning aginst the rear wheel. The left is machined out for the abs plate and the right is standard thickness like oem. The rivets are 3mm machined stainless, the oem's are 1.5mm stamped steel which is where the stock rotors are working loose in about 10k miles

So will these work for us 950 owners also? I am about to have Woody build me a 17/19 wheelset and have been eyeing rotors for the new wheels.

So, I don't see any brake rotors on your website, just complete wheel sets.

Warp, do you offer any discounts for the inmates here?
I need a rear hub for my 525, if yours would work with stock spokes.

I have a shopping list of goodies for my 9FIDDY . Myself and a few buddies are doing a trip out West towards Mosquito pass , Moab , White Rim Trail , Valley of the Gods and Monument Valley and Grand Canyon at end of August . I have been eye-balling the CJ website for a while and been making a shopping list . How much are these rotors selling for , for the 950 ?

I have bought a couple of goodies from Craig before . The waterpump was my best purchase , and Craig has the best customer service around that I have seen . Therefore I will ALWAYS support him . :clap

Craigs a great guy and I have a mountain of his parts on my ktms. Moab / white rim trail is a great trip. The front rotors are $150 and the rear is $130.

Just received my rear in the mail today.. this thing is beefy.. no way the rivets are gonna work their way loose like on the stockers. Nicely finished too with powdercoating on all surfaces except the rotor face.

    And a good deal too!

    Sweet!

I just bought a whole set of KTM rotors for a new set of wheels about a month ago.

I would much rather have bought from an inmate. :baldy:baldy

    Good looking product!

Any chance you want to make one for the Super Tenere rear?

For some reason this bike has a habit of eating the rear rotor and Yamaha is VERY proud of it.

turns out you just have to look hard to find em on CJ's page... slavens racing has em too...
Picked up a set of these rotors today and I must say they are substantial... appear to be extremely well built... much stronger than the stockers... I have yet to install them on my bike but based on the looks of them I think they are a wise purchase....
