G'day all, picked up this '06 with 600 klms 2 days ago, can't get the cheesey grin off me dial.
Very nice mate, well done. I like them scramblers
Sorry Deus, forgot to say congrats on the new toy, very nice!
I had one of those Scramblers for a coupla days and I thought it was great.
I actually took the thing off road and it was surprisingly stable and easy to ride. I could own one..
How does the pipe go with the heating of the leg?
Geez they do look cool dont they...
Hamo - so far it hasn't been to bad, i sat in some heavy traffic yesterday and it was warm, but not uncomfortable. We'll see mid summer tho.
Congrats - love 'em
A man of fine taste I see
Once you remove the AI the pipes will cool down considerably.
This one of the ones that's been hanging around Procycles all year, hopefully depreciating till I could afford one?
And if you're THAT Deus, does this mean it'll appear in the showroom in a month or two all tarted up (not that there's anything wrong with that) for 20 grand?
G'day Dave, you're right mate, i enjoy the finer things
Levon, nope, not procycles, wont be tarted up, and definately not sold.
How about in the standing up position, does it come into contact with you pant leg?
wotsit like to ride?
Hamo, standing on the pegs I havent noticed it that much, to be honest i think whilst moving it's not really gonna be a prob, perhaps at very slow speeds things will warm up, or while sitting at lights etc, but as dave said, remove the AI and things get cooler still.
Shmerel - awesome, i can only suggest you go test ride one
The engines a pearler, the stock suspension needs work and it has a very pleasant feel (which is hard to describe in a sentance). I'm taking mine to the Koz rally and if you are a very good boy...
Dave, what you think of the stock bash plate, is it good enough, any issues?
I totally agree about the suspension, taking mine in to get a first service, fit new pipes, and get the suspension sorted this saturday.
Cheers mate, I like them scramblers
i think yo need to buy one Hamo! we need more off em
Good idea , I just need to convince the Minister for War and Finance.
