A new exclusive BMW dealer opened in Palm Bay/Melbourne area.
    Does anyone have any experience?

I need to find a good BMW mechanic shop in this part of FL.
I have used Max BMW for the past 10 years, so the bar has been set pretty high with me.
Im nervous about having the fork fix, and the issues handled by newbies.

I think I recall that Jacksonville has a good shop?

A friend of mine lives in Cape Canaveral. He was being told by his regular dealer that there was nothing wrong with his bike. He went to check out the new dealer in Palm Bay, and mentioned his issue. They said there was a service bulletin about it, and he brought it back for them to fix.

He was happy with them, and the work.

I forgot to add that he's now picking up a new bike from them tomorrow to add to his stable. Says a lot to me.

Thanks. I try not to be too much of a PIA about things, but I do like to have good mechanics work on my bike, and not minimum wage kids. (BTW, I was a minimum wage teenager when I worked as a mechanic one summer).
I am used to having a good shop work on my bikes (Max BMW) and before that a guy who was one of the best boxer mechanics I've seen.
I need to have my forks worked on for the recall, and eventually my regularly scheduled services.

I went to the open house today. The BMW 18 wheeler was there full of demo rides.
    They also had good bbq.
So far Im impressed with the dealer.
They performed the fork recall, on an open house day no less.
    Hoping for the best.
