any pics of the Tiger 800 mounting plate?
i am interested in the 40 liter top case in black along with the tray. Are the items in stock and shipping?

I was going to pull the trigger on a Givi Trekker 46 liter and then i revisted this thread and will go with the globescout top box and later the panniers.
check you mailbox i sent you a PM.

The Tiger 800 plate is pretty simple. Looks like this:

I'll see if I can get an actual picture shortly. We have one at the shop now. Only 27L top boxes for the time being however, as I indicated in my return PM.

I don't have my worksheet in front of me, but I'm relatively sure that we're OK on the natural setup. Last I checked, we were closest on the 45L, but we still were OK.

They have been pretty good in rain for me, but when I power washed them for the first time this week, water seeped inside. I did not directly point the hose at them for more than 3 seconds, so while it's not ideal, I think under "normal riding", they'll hold up well.

I was bummed to have to change my order. I leave on a 12k mi trip on July 3rd. And the second batch of Globescouts wouldn't be available in time.

Rob was extremely helpful. Got me all sorted out and now I have some Trax headed my way.

Great guy. Between Rob and the guys at MOD, they've totally changed my outlook on customer service.

Have not tried the rain yet, but both times I've washed my bike, one of the bolts on the lid leaked. Will have to silicone them and try again.

We've tested in rain, with a hose, with a power washer, and being filled with water. In all cases there was no issues with water. We believe these are as or more waterproof than any aluminum pannier on the market, bar none.

You're set. Everyone that has ordered so far should be fulfilled by this incoming shipment.

    Thanks!

Ordered the panniers and top case for my Tiger 800. I can't wait for the GlobeScouts to arrive!!! Sadly I sold my existing panniers and top case (Triumph OEM) before the GlobeScouts arrived...this is like waiting for Christmas. :clap

Should be leaving Europe on Tuesday. We're looking at first week of July, most likely.

And first pictures of the smaller, 28L Globescout pannier. For comparison sake, the 35L is below, and the 45L is above. You're looking at a 10CM swing in width from 45L to 28L.

:ricky Although my 35L has now spent countless hours as a footrest as I stare creepily at it, it is time that 28L arrives so I can mount them on a bike and use them properly.

Has Globescout made any progress on building a set for the Super Tenere with the racks tucked in to minimize the profile?

Rob any update on an exhaust cutout pannier and rack for the 2013 GSW? I prefer the Globscouts to the Holans but not sure how long I can wait.

Looking for Black Globescouts for a Tenere. Haven't been able to get in touch with anyone by calling or email. Any ideas?
