+1 on both counts!
I am officially jealous of all of you that got your Groms. Congrats to all!
I'm hoping to get one next year.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ST0Rrdo_-cU how much bling!
its just little BIG FUN
reports in the GROM thread in the Road Warriors forum also reflects much interest and good initial sales for the little guy. even if Grom doesn't last forever i have a feeling what sells will be getting around the MC world quite a bit on the used market, and attracting a lot of attention for its owner wherever one goes
On my ride yesterday we made a stop at a local scooter shop. The Grom drew a lot of attention. Lots of people came out to look at it - including the shop owner. There's a scooter rally in Austin the last weekend of September. My wife and I are planning on attending the event. Should be fun to see how the Grom fares among scooterists.
See? It's already bringing out the hooligan in you!
Damn rain I didn't get to ride today.
Pic from this past Saturday's ride:
-- or does this belong in scooter girls?
OK, it's growing on me... presentation is everything.
small people make the bike look big. but i must say the self shot pic of gore-tx in the mirror reveals the bike to be of good size. i wouldn't think much of it if eyeing one on the road, unaware of what it is. prob think "thats pretty neat wonder how fast it is?" also seeing the close up pics of it makes the bike look quality. as in HONDA quality. everything looks good and well done imo
its like s scooter sized MC. i like it
That's exactly it!

It don't sound like it's tuned right or the parts used to build the head and valve train aren't jiving.
Agree sounds awfull, obvously won't tickover.
I'm afraid I don't beleive that speedo either
Toped out at 158km 98mph.
Didn't seem to be passing traffic that quick.
Not much of a review, but they do have a "Grom Prix" about halfway through.
The speedo reads off the transmission's final drive.Any sprocket changes will affect the accuracy of the speedo reading.
Hahaha! I got to ride my Grom today.
...And you didn't!
