Yep it's happening and it will be a great one!

This thread will be the place to discuss tour logistics and post RRs like the other BDR threads offer out west.

Released this winter, to ride next season. Free .gpx file of course with optional map and DVD available.

    Info on movie premieres here

Awesome, since I am moving from CO to NH due to work this makes me happy to see that a BDR will be available there now.

Pretty sure the MA stands for Mid-Atlantic. Not Massachusetts.

Look on their site. The MABDR is three sections, the first of which goes from Maine to NY.

The Mid-Atlantic section, which is the "middle" of the three proposed East Coast routes, goes from the Tenn/WV border to the PA/NY border.
The route is finished and the movie of the route was just filmed and should be released this Jan.

Thank Cross Country Cycles for being a sponsor. The movie will premier there I believe.

lol. Better than having to travel 2000 miles to enjoy BDRs again. Though, I will still have family in CO, so low cost visits with no paying for room and board.

I love the BDR's and I expect the mid atlantic route will be very nice. NY to Maine will be a real challenge to set up.

That it will. I will miss all of the trails we have here, but I'm hoping to find good places to go from NH where we'll be living.

This section is called Mid-Atlantic BDR - MABDR but the other two will have their own unique name. Maybe SEBDR & NEBDR
