It seems like Daniel Snyder is hard to work for. Washington has been through quite a few coaches over the years. I can't think of anyone who would want the job.

More like the Titanic, there are a lot of really rich guys on board; instead of Clevelander's.

Problem #1 is the same as it has been since the day Lil' Danny bought the team.

He can't hire a strong, competent General Manager. He keeps looking for shortcuts and unusual organizational structures.

Now he's going to let Bruce Allen, who did a crap job in Tampa, be a proper GM. So Lil' Danny is still fucking it up. How do bright, successful business guys become so dumb when they run a sports team?

Miami keeps Philbin and Ireland but they fire Mike Sherman OC. Meanwhile it seems they outsourced the Incognito investigation to the NCAA, the definitive report should be in in about 5 more years.

Is Philbin safe yet? I think he has done an admirable job on the field....
The other thing...well he inherited Richie....and I do not know enough to converse on it other than the out of context things I have seen which are condemning. I think if an adverse environment on a larger scale is discovered, he has a problem too....just saying.

Marvin Lewis....I think he stays. There may be some other changes, but three years is the playoffs is something Cincy has not had in a while.....
