Nice Alpine Loop southern Colorado Ride July, 08

    Hello all, NMDave and I went on a great 3 day Adventure out of Albuquerque, NM this summer. Went up thru Durango Silverton and east over the alpine loop. Wanted to go over Black Bear Pass but got skunked again, not plowed yet.. Last time closed do to land slide,, Did some great camping,enjoyed some great hot dogs beans and BEER AHHHHHHH,, and melted in the roads.. here's a little Summary.............

    Hey Durangoman, when will I know if my June 19th thru 26 trip to Durango will have the trails open higher up ? Do you know by the snow pack? Or just the schedule on plowing? :clap

    Thanks for the comments.. Going to ride the Continental Divide Trail this June 09, from New Mexico to Canada... hope to get some good vid and pics to share...
