There are some nice car shows around here.

In the midst of the coolness, there always the one dude that shows up with something like this:

Ruining an iconic paint scheme with a horrible car.

Your assumption is wrong. The SLR was in bad taste from the get go.

Yes, all SLR's are ugly but this pushes it to a new level.

Again. What is wrong with taking an already tacky ugly vehicle and making it tackier and uglier?

I thought the title of this thread was "nice cars that people have deystroyed..."

I'm not seeing much evidence of nice cars in the first place. :deal

The SLR is the perfect example of a lottery car. "Yes, I had bad taste before I one the lottery, now I just have the $$$ to really show it."

The car pictured is just the ultimate result of that.

    So, Jurgen is 205.

I haven't had my coffee--or it hasn't kicked in or something.

Of course, we're totally doing that to the GF's car when we win the lottery.

Sounds about right . . . but in this case, I'm guessing oil money.

I'd guess a russian as buyer. Oil millionaires may have no taste, but usually they are not crying "I have money" this bad.
A typical russian oligarch with a hooker wife in pink gucci capri pants (of course, there is a large gucci print on it).

I believe that car is still in the Ft. Lauderdale area. It really doesn't look that bad.

Happened to be driving by where it's always parked this morning.. took a few snaps with the bad cell phone camera. It's a classic though.

I think they bought every possible stick on piece of chrome, fake vent, etc they could get..
