NMOHVA has posted a list of Frequently Asked Questions on our website at www.nmohva.org on both the lawsuit and the Travel Managment Decision. We will keep the site updated with all of the latest news and information concerning this action.

Go to the NMOHVA webpage and DONATE to the Access Defense Fund !! This fight belongs to ALL of us.

Lawsuits are very expensive and the final resort. We have been trying to work with the Santa Fe National Forest since 2005 and they have refused to listen or to obey federal laws. The place to make a stand is here. The time to fight is now! We call on all of our members and friends to stand with us and help us fight this decision.

Thanks to all who joined and everyone who donated. We couldn't challenge the Forest Service without the support of everyone that is involved. Please help us spread the word to your local clubs and riding groups.

There are 155 National Forests in the US. Most have had to do some form of Travel Management decision to comply with the Travel Management Rule. Of all those decisions, there has been only THREE challenged in court to date by the OHV community (our lawsuit is #3). This is about much more than the FANTASTIC single track and DS riding lost in the Santa Fe National Forest. It is about sending a clear message to the agency that we are smarter, stronger, and much more determined than we were in the past. Help us send that message!

... that we are also supporting NMOHVA via the United Way. If you participate in the Combined Federal Campaign via your employer, you can select NMOHVA's general fund and/or legal defense fund as a recipient of your payroll United Way withholding contribution.

shameless bump back to the top of the heap!

Any of you inmates that enjoy riding/camping in the Jemez or Pecos areas should kick in what you can to the Access Defense Fund; we could use your help!

I think this is great, its good to see the OHV community pushing back. Actions like this will force BLM, USFS etc to look more objectively at their decisions to close areas in the future. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />

I have committed the monthly access donation from Dubinky to COHVCO through December, but for January and February I will send the monthly donation to NMOHVA. Sorry this will not be the busiest time, but hopefully it will help still.

Outstanding! Thanks so much. :clap:clap:clap We appreciate BOTH the monetary support and helping make this effort visible to the riding community.

You are spot on. We have reached the point where it is imperative that we show by our actions that we won't put up with the lies anymore and we will no longer sit quietly in the back of the bus!!
