Neat tag location! I did the high adventure trail at the mentioned boy scout camp on one of my last scout trips and got the 5 peaks award.

I thought I was Bruced several times over. Saw lots of DS type machine in that area today. First time through the area, I missed the tag location. Spotted it after getting gas and coming back through the area. Turned aroung to at least get a picture for a Bruced shot and saw this ulgy mug still in the wall.

Good thing you left some edibles with Blockhead. He ate most of the Wonka bar you put in there with him.

Yeah, I thought I recognized the scooter, but wasn't sure. I guess that it is pretty easy to recognize me with my license plate.

At the time, I forgot that you were the person that set this tag. I could have asked you for better directions.

He is sitting in my living room at the moment. New tag will be up in a day or two. Probably won't be able to get out today. Wife and son are both feeling funky. Gonna have to stay home and play doctor...errr...nurse...errr...uh...stay home and take care of the family.

He may get back into VA, but not by my hand. I already know exactly where he is going, right down to which hidely hole he will be in.

Nice grab sky. I made it home from VA finally. I followed my parents in their car. I took 5 hrs to get to VA, But we took mom's short cut home, and it only took 6 and a half hours home. Next tyme I go solo, Maybe I can make better tyme. Oh by the way , I did get a bad battery in State college, I got a new YUSA and it's doing good now. congrats on the grab, I'll have to keep an eye on block head.

Dan, if you want I can talk to the guy where we got the battery. He's a decent guy and would probably give you a refund. PM me if you want me to talk to him about it.

Well, my original location for setting the tag and dropping off Blockhead were canceled due to a traffic mess that I just did not fel like dealing with. No worries though, I have lots of places to tag in my area. So, without further ado, here is the new NA Tag-o-Rama tag.

I present to you the Indian Steps Museum (linky). Unfortunately, I forgot the museum is not open until next month :baldy Still, it is a neat place, and worth visiting, even if you are not able to see the inside. Of course, there is nothing stopping you from visiting it when it is open.

Being that the North American ToR tags are supposed to be easier to find, here are the lat/lon N39 51.777 W76 22.550

Here are a few pictures from around the grounds of the museum.

Don't forget to account for daylight savings time when using a sundial.

Indian Steps Road is paved up to the museum from the north end, and well maintained gravel from the south.

Have fun on the roads in the area. I know that I do.:D

Maybe one of the NoVA riders can go grab BH and bring him back home.

I kind of miss the cute little fella all ready.

So, I quit work and went for a little ride in the cold rain. Typically no problem and I was thinking how great it was to have a heated jacket and gloves. Then it dawned on me that not one, but both, boots were leaking. Oh well, gotta work on the old water proofing.

Anyway, look at the cold miserable little guy I found trying to hide in a hole!

On a warm sunny day, like tomorrow, Indian Steps would be a beautiful place. As Arnold said "I'll be back."
Here's the money shot. I came in from the paved end and went out the gravel road that climbs a somewhat steep hill. That wet mud was a bit slick for street tires, but the Feejer handled it without fuss.

The little guy is safe and warm for the evening:

He gets to see the Nation's Capitol tomorrow (work does get in the way) and then tomorrow evening should be in a new hidy hole. People in the Md game didn't like having a tag actually in DC, so Ve Haf Udder Plans.
