What is it, 18 days now? He seemed to have the best intentions when he made that list of previous tags, it would be nice to have some new locations on that list though.

That egg will be abandoned soon. All good things come to an end eventually. I'm sure someone will be more than willing to step up and drop an appropriate new mascot.

I'd be fine with a 1 week time limit. If you can't ride, put it in your front lawn and post GPS coordinates. Let those who are willing to ride do their thing.

I don't have a tag yet but that sounds like the best thing to do...

Also, is that a real egg? Was it hardboiled?

I rode with Paco Lopez last fall. He is a nice guy. I'm sure he
got caught up at work or something. This weekend CT. weather is going to be sunny and high 40's. Paco if you read this and are not able to make the drop that you wanted to,drop it nearby so someone can move it along. PM me if you would like to.
I do not have a cell # or email for P.L., he just showed up for a ride and took his very new streetish bike on some trails that were more suited for dirt bikes. I hope all is well Paco.

Don't recall the time between drops but it didn't move all that fast when it was in sunny California.:lol3

Paco hasn't been on since Monday. The east coast was inundated with heavy rain that day. Perhaps he fell victim to some flooding or something. I'm sure he'll show up and move the game along.

    Some entertainment in the meantime.:D

    Hey Paco
We are all waiting for you to give the egg a new nest, what is up? This is not ok for you to hog the national tag mascot, as there is a whole community of people who sacrifice a great amount of time and effort to keep this great game alive. Please let us all know what your plans are?

Maybe, like Nutzy the USA Tag, Eggo has been temporarily misplaced? :ear

If so, let us know and we'll get a replacement ASAP and get the game back in full swing! This is getting old. :bluduh

Gonna be nice tomorrow. If ya can't make the drop I understand, maybe just do what I think V8 suggested and just put it anywhere and tell us where it is.

Good intentions are great an all...but you don't need to take it 3 states away just to drop it. Let's get this game back on track!!!

Well, another great riding weekend gone by.

Paco, there better be some pictures posted tonight of the new location or the GPS coordinates of where we can pick it up in your front yard. This is ridiculous.

    EDIT - good job Paco.

Sorry, weather, work and wascally wabbits conspired against me but I am finally pleased to announce...

    A NEW TAG!

    Here's the pic:

Bring your hiking shoes and walk down the trail behind the tag shot for some scenery but be careful, this place is on the list of most dangerous tourist attractions (number 9).

To find the egg look at the other end of the parking lot from the tag shot and you'll see this sign:

Follow the short trail to the top of the hill:

Walk to the far end of the fenced in area and enjoy the view:

When you're done turn around and look for the 2 trees growing one on each side of the fence:

There's a rock covered with ferns next to the right trees:

The egg is behind the tree just outside the fence:

You don't have to cross the fence, just reach through. I piled some sticks and leaves on the package so you may have to dig a bit. Have fun and be safe!
