Maybe we should wait to see if ccrat got it he was talking about getting the delaware tag and its just up the street.
Found the little guy!
Went back in the woods and noticed a big footprint on the branch that the egg was supposed to be tucked next to. The branch had been slightly rolled and crushed down, totally covering the black bag.
Here he is, back on the Maryland side of the Delaware border marker. We're heading for the Bay Bridge, which was "interesting to cross earlier with the gusts and blowing rain. They weren't allowing empty semi trucks to cross.
New place coming. If any of you are on one of the long distance forums, please post up to try for a long distance rider, heading south!

Sorry, I didn't realize this was so close or I would've jumped on it.
I was feeling bad there for a bit!
Nice grab, btw!
I had no idea how attached i was but now im relieved. That damn egg cost me around $400 but the memories are priceless and i will never forget the trip to Richmond.
So there we wuz, Eggy and I, battling through the last remnants of Tropical Storm Ida. Well, it sounds more impressive than "riding in the rain & gusts for hours..."
With Veterans Day just 2 days ago, I was seriously tempted to take the tag to Arlington Cemetary, but the timing would've put me smack into DC rush hour, all the way across the city. No thanks. Plus, my point was to pitch a softball for somebody to help Mr. Egg go south for the winter. Arlington would not be an easy place to just pop into.
So for all you northerners heading south, Mr. Egg is very close to I-95, between Baltimore and DC. Get off at Maryland Route 32 and have the GPS set for Bob's BMW dealership. Here's the location, hours, etc: http://www.bobsbmw.com/
Pulling into the dealer, PBHarvey from the Maryland game came over and introduced himself while we were in the parking lot. Mr. Goose from the Maryland game was also there. Cool to meet you guys.
PB and I got to meet Bob. Bob is enthusiastically into supporting motorcycle games like this and charities. Here's a plug: Check the Bob's web-site for tomorrow (Saturday) when he is throwing the store open for a charity auction event to support the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation from 7-10pm. Bob is putting his money into what he believes and it should be a fun event!
Anyway, I'm the Bob on the left, Bob of "Bob's" is in the middle with the egg, and PBHarvey's on the right:
Again, the reason for putting the egg at Bob's is because it's such a well-known dealer among the long distance riders. The egg is now in the plants by Bob's sign. Get a photo of your bike anywhere in relation to the sign and you're good for the tag shot, you don't need to be where my FJR sits.
The black bag with the egg is where I'm pointing.
So there it sits, waiting. If you pick it up during business hours, it'll be worth it to let the good folks inside know and Bob even offered the use of a vibra-scriber.
Enjoy the ride, folks!

Nice drop. That should be a good point from which Egg can head to a more suitable winter climate.
Never heard of the place.
:eek1Holy $@#! WOW... I spent the morning at Bob's This morning while my F650 was in their shop.
That will teach me to NOT ignore my laptop every morning
Got it. And got the egg.
Here's the tag shot
The egg and I both need to warm up and get some sleep. Will post more in the morning.
Wow!! Nice job, john!
You gonna re-instate Mr. Squarehead? Bring it up to Scotch Plains?
NO, NO, NO...the egg needs to go SOUTH!!!
This IS the North American Tag-O-Rama...not the North Eastern, New England Regional Tag!
Abducted from Bob's BMW during the night and dragged back to Pennsylvania, the Egg bonds with old friend Squirt the African spur tortoise.
They both longingly searched for Blockhead.
South??? I still haven't figured out how to use that Garmin gizmo!
Get a compass!
Nice work guys...geeeez we may see mr egg back in the northeast soon. Not to worry...theres still lots of riding time left here, he won't get snowed in.
Its pretty amazing where the little embryo's been.
I think it's time for Mr Egg to move on down the road.
Daisy the Golden Retriever has been stalking the little guy,
and Squirt the tortoise is getting tired of giving free rides around the house.
So it's on to the new tag.
The tag shot:
This Friends Meeting House is located in the Philadelphia suburbs, on the campus of one of the country's top rated liberal arts college's. This meeting house was built in 1879.
Mr Egg is in his small black pouch, and placed under the wooden steps on the left side.
The arrow points to where the egg is hiding.
Will gladly give more clues if needed.
I found it online. It is possible. A bit out of reach for me to grab it, but it was fun finding the building from the comfort of home.
