I was in Middleburg when I posted the last update. Home now, wet ass, boots full of water, but I have the damn egg! Good thing I have heated insoles so at least my feet were in warm water. AST jacket was remarkably dry. Acerbis waterproof pants were okay but after a while of sitting in water they soak through. It's about 1 1/4 hours , but I stopped a couple times.

Ya know, you could write an story about this, and familys could sit around the Christmas tree and read it together, out loud........very inspirational!!!! :freaky

So kick back, put on some warm clothes & slippers, and snuggle up with a cup of hot chocolate...and an egg...Lord knows you've earned it! Well done!

    Glad you made it, Scott!

You've probably gone back and re-read the thread a little but in this game it's customary to get some corny shots of you and the egg hanging out while you ponder the next location. Yes. Dead serious. The cornier the better, IMHO.:1drink

Perfect opportunity to take 'him' over to Team Ghetto Headquarters and/or your shop if you're at a loss.:deal

    Nice grab!

I'm riding to Florida Sunday morning so there's much to do.

I'd like to bring Mr. Egg.

Have to agree! :clap :clap :clap

Too bad that RedPower decided to abscond with the duck again. I'm starting to think that his attachment to Ducgonzo is a little perverted! Would have made a great traveling companion for the egg!

Maybe you should let it go South for the winter. Otherwise, it might just get snowed in!

The winter window is fast closing for me. I'll take it south if it's a reasonable ride and find.

    I'm packing now:clap:clap:clap

Okay, last of the corny stuff. If my wife knew about this, she'd declare me gay and divorce me!!:lol2

The first order of business at work was to get my name on Mr. Egg........

Then it was time to get to work and teach the little guy how to varnish.

    Nice boat Boatman
Looks like you've got yourself a Garage-Mahal there.
That's one smart Mr.Egg too. You better watch out or he may escape and run off to warmer climes while he has the chance.

I see a drill press, band saw, planner, and a whole lot of large clamps.
And that's just whats in the pic.
Did Mr. Egg learn these tools too?

    First the bike shot...

Now the hidey hole.... see those big rocks with the picnic table to the left....

Stand on the picnic table and look down at the rocks and you will see this....

That's my place of business, you only see about 1/10 of the whole thing in that pic. There's also, tablesaws, a metal lathe, shaper. Mr. Egg got a tour of everything.
