Funny, My phone didnt ring:huh
Does it usually ring when I get a tag?
It was a little foggy.:eek1 I'm glad my wife came with me to hold the flashlight!
Hint- If you need some "Company" you can find "Charlie" here.
Perfect road on a foggy night.
It was so foggy at some points I could only go like 10mph! It was fun though, nice day for a ride.
The N W TOR moves again YFF'ers!!!!!!!!!!!!
The old : Corner Of Linsley Dr, Plainville
And the new:
And Another One
And A Shot From Halfway Looking Back
I know where that is.
Well done Blitchfield
Thank you Sir,
Kinda felt like I was getting cajoled into to taking action on this TOR...
A quick shout out to A.J for making it a little easier for me, one mile further away and ten minutes closer. Funny how that stuff works
It was a nice night for a ride what with the darkness, and the rain, and the fog (which by river really did have me creeping along- pissing off the cagers).... but still nice to get out and ride. I was saving that for the Night Time TOR but it it's not close enough for me.
Good luck to the FF out there-
Also, any one have any issues with some very urban tagging?
NIce bridge pics Blitch.
Thanks, it took me quite a few shots to get a couple decent pics, exposure is very long for those. I wanted to put my bike in the middle of the span but it was really dark. Not bad for an old point and shoot camera. I think I like bridge and bike pics.
Nice grab man! Isn't fog riding fun!
New Tag keeping with the pedestrian bridge theme. This one is fairly new over a fairly new section of highway.
Please tell where the old one was. I tried to figure it out but wasn't successful.
Rusty, its better known as the flower bridge in Simsbury. It's a nice place to visit when the flowers are blooming during warmer weather, or on a dark and foggy night in February.
A.J nice job on the double grab,
Now where to find a footbridge in northwest CT??
Thanks. I live 2 towns away and go to and through Simsbury (last 40 years) and never saw or heard of it. I'll check it out in warm weather with Mrs. Rocket.
Better yet, What highway is this new ped. bridge crossing over?
I can't seem to recall any relatively new Highways in the last 20 years up our way.
Its over the newish 72 extension in Bristol.
I picked up the gen location with your hints and found it in google maps, but then when I went to street view to confirm it shows construction on one side and a dirt road-ish area on the other, left me like , it's so new google hadn't updated it yet
I need a "real" dual sport if I am going to really play along in these TOR's, playing in highway traffic just isn't fun on my dirt bike , still though, nice evening for a ride
Yeah google isn't up to date on that one. Sorry about that.
