Can we start hating him now?
Great photo's Hekto. Looks nice and warm.
Now we just need spring to get going here. I was riding this time last year but today it's going down to -25C.
Hecto are you and Rosie ever coming back to Canada?
We will return
Everyday is a winding road........
I'll tell ya. It's been a lot simpler than I thought to do this ride. The truly hardest thing is leaving, freeing yourself up to actually go.
Fantastic photos Hekto
Gonna be minus 26c tonight and minus 30c tomorrow night...I'm really hating this winter!
Got out on the sled today...and clipped a big tree :eek1 Bent the left trailing arm but looks like it will still hold for the rest of the season...no kinks or cracks in it! Wild day of sledding
on the sled yesterday...nearly ended when I clipped a tree

Just thought I would post a photo or two to take our minds off the weather and remember what summer riding is all about.
Took this photo near the top of the Bear Tooth Pass last August.
I thing of beauty.... curves and grades. And Posted Speed of 70mph.
Warm weather riding (hotter than warm)
Greg did you see the sign up there? It points to the far ridge where a sharp rock juts up " the Bears Tooth"
Nice shots BackRoader! Only two more months to go and we can ride again
My bikes are ready to ride and I hope it's soon cause the sled is taking a beating!
Here's a link that NoFate may be able to get into a bit. Many pictures that I recognize from my youth.
It's snowing again, this is not going to be good as far as flooding is concerned!

You should've stayed in Arizona This sucks...I'll be sledding into May at this rate...if the sled holds up
You guys are gonna have to break out the "Bombadeer" snowcats and tow your bikes to EOAR
Still snowing on the rock. Started last night around 8:30 or so. It's not accumulating but.. well..
It's not too bad here, in town anyway. A dusting of snow, that's blowing around.
We're at about 4" or so and it's still snowing a bit...blowing like crazy also! Guess I'll be sledding for the next 3 or 4 weeks :huh
Maybe I'll go out and look longingly at my bikes, and make "vroom vroom" sounds.
Sorry to interject, but the Winnipeg riders are planning an ADV brunch this Sunday at CanadInns Polo Park at around 11am. I thought I'd mention it in this thread to see if anyone here would like to join us!
Thanks for the offer Mel...won't be able to make it though. Plan on, or at least hoping on making it to the Peg near the end of April...if the snow's gone
Also, can't make it this time. I might fly up sometime just to visit people.
Too bad Porter doesn't fly that way. Way cheaper.
