:huh You got the hot sauce right?

Appologies if this spot has been used already.

Don't worry, its more than 200' from two previous tags. :lol3 Its all good!

I don't follow this tag very closely.

    </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

Hot sauce is still in the bag.

I knew as I rode away that spot had probably been used. I'll make sure to do better next time. Being that the tag sat for over 2 weeks I figured any move was better than none.

I saw your post mentioning 2 tags and in the area but missed the RTE tag. Maybe I'll go back in a couple days if it's still there.

I was just pulling you leg about the other stuff. I hope you didn't take offense.

Good to see you here and grabbing the tag but you not taking the hot sauce...what are you, crazy? People kill for that stuff! :evil

Boatman, there have been two other tags here. Both were set on opposing sides of the exact same concrete pad at the tower itself. Less than 2' apart from each other. :lol3
Its all good as its bound to happen at popular spots. No way around it. Unintentionally placing the tag less than 2' apart was probably a record though...:D

On to the grab. Woodstock fire tower sign & parking area, at the very top of the ridge.
I was looking around the rock and wondering if I'd been bruced. I saw something way back in between the rocks and had to take this pic to see if it was indeed the tag...

Yep, that's it! I'm not sticking my hand way up in there...oh wait, you can grab it from behind...

These folks were in the parking lot.

Notice the little girl has Rudy. :D

I told them what I was doing after rummaging around the rock so they wouldn't think I'm some kinda nut. :evil They thought the game was pretty cool. The lady was interested in what kind of hot sauce it was. I almost gave it to her.
She then asked if she could take a picture of me for the game. I said "no, I want to take a picture of you three for the game" and they obliged.

I'll set a new tag tomorrow night. Stay tuned! There will be all sorts of happen-ens! :evil

Oh, and it will be street bike friendly.

No offence taken. Next time I'm out that way I'll be sure to leave Rudy at a less popular spot. Similar thing happened up in NY a couple months back and to those guys it was the end of the world. Required votes and polls all sorts of arguments back and forth. Personally I like to see different places but if a retag happens then usually it involves different players than the originals so the same spot is always new to someone.

Thanks for letting me play. Beautiful country out there. Once my wife is done with the Army in the next few months we will be looking to move away from this overly congested area. But not sure whether it will be west or south.... looking at western NC also.

I didn't take the Hot Sauce as I still have some(I buy it by the quart :deal), so it, and another goody is in the bag.

See the booty in the end of the guard rail?

    This one(the only one here)...

Its at the intersection of a monumental place that ground grain and a place Jeeves would shop.

Its late. That's the best I can do right now. I think that should get you there. If you need more clues, just ask.

P.S. Be careful pulling the package out from its hiding place. There is something sticking down in the middle of that flat piece that prevented me from just sliding it right in. The bottle top should to be pushed towards the guard rail, then slid out parallel with the rail.

1: Yes, yes it is! Its a 2009 Wee with 14,500 miles. Lots of nice farkles too! Just got it tagged yesterday afternoon. Put 130 miles on the bike yesterday evening/night! I can't post a pic right now as I'm using the boss's Mac and can't figure out how to do it. :puke1

2: Where do you shop? Answer, a -----. Its a generic term.
2A: What kind of person is usually called Jeeves? Answer, a ------. :evil
If you find the first clue(monumental place that ground grain) and follow it you'll see the other.
I had a PM within 15 minutes of posting last night from an inmate with the correct answer. It may have helped that he lives within 20 minutes of the tag...:D...but he said he couldn't grab it...:cry

I don't mind tagging in the dark. Less chance of being bruced. :lol3 Actually it was nice(except for the bugs) riding last night. I saw a huge bear run across the highway in front of me. Must have been 250lbs +! That was worth the effort! :clap

EDIT: I DO need to remember to bring a flash light when night tagging...

Curious,,,,, I know there aren't any defined boundries for the tag but are there general boundries. That was one of my reasons for where I dropped Rudy the other day,,, wasn't really sure how far I could go. Was surprised to see the current location.

Like I said, its all good! I'm not too much of a stickler for things like that but I do like to pull peoples legs. :D Its nice to keep it "in" bounds but stuff happens.

Actually there is a defined boundary, still just a suggested line which has been "extended" some in the past to include a small part of WV. :evil

Open the tag map link in my sig line. The Boundary is the blue line. It covers all of Frederick, Shenandoah, Clarke, Warren, Page and Rappahannock counties and parts of Loudon, Fauquier, Culpeper, Madison and Greene counties. It also covers part of WV, along the Western border.
It overlaps the NOVA, Shenandoah and Charlottesville games some.

It covers a lot of good riding territory!

I'm way behind on updating the map. It may or may not get done.

    14,500 miles
    GIVI tall windscreen
GPS mount(my ZUMO fits right in!)
    Oxford heated grips
    Bar risers, up and back
some kind of cheesy hand gaurds(I'll probably replace these at some point)
    Pat Walsh Crash bar/Skid plate
    Pat Walsh oil cooler guard
Pat Walsh billet aluminum highway pegs
    Sargent seat
    GIVI sidecase racks
GIVI 36L side cases, 45L top case
    wiring for heated gear
and a battery tender pig tail
    voltage meter(cheap POS)
    New front tire
    rear tire about 50%

Stopped by Old Man Rivers yesterday so he could see the bike. I mentioned being in the market for a tank bag. He had a (basically brand new) Wolfman "explorer lite" he sold me. Sweet!!!

Oh, and thanks two hawks, and to all that passed on the hot sauce. Can't wait to try it. And a beer too? Can life get any better?
