WTF - Any FFs take ECLIPSE pix ? ? ? ? ?
A bunch of you's were viewing it under totality . . . . . .
Another bunch of you's managed to navigate the "catastrophic" traffic to the path of totality that the media played up . . . . . .
So, post up yur pix, por favor ? ? ? ? ?
Here are mine at 97% MAX taken at 5,400 feet above sea level at Windy Gap, WA.
The lighting during these eclipse events is really incredible . . . . . . Very dusk-like, yet not . . . . .
BTW These were(obviously) taken on a cheapo snapshot camera,
Any others ? ? ? ?
Eclipse a few minutes from totality from Boonville, Missouri. Taken with my 200mm lens.

^^^ Pretty damn cool!
Videos from the drones do look cool and you can see a lot of things from the bird's eye view that we can't from the motorcycle view. The drones have the potential to make us all good Nat Geo videographers. As much as I like them I'll probably not get one but I do think they're neat.
Thanks for sharing those nice views of a PNW forest.
Woke up this morning and went outside , WTF ? Oh , ash from fires to the east . Reminds me of the second eruption of Mt St Helens . Not sure how many miles as the crow flies , but a pretty good distance . Active fire map shot this morning along with hood of car and motor home .
Back from vacation in Baja and got to hit the Gifford for a night!
