Anybody riding Sunday? I'm thinking on getting a reasonably early start and making a loop up through Leesburg, Waterford and Harpers Ferry. I've promised several people that they could try out my rig (1971 R75/5 w/ Veloerx 562 sidecar), so if you are interested let me know and at some point on the ride we'll find a parking lot and you can give it a try.

A friend of mine is a director for several public companies that had a good 2004. As as result the companies were generous with gifts to their directors and my buddy is up to his eyeballs in vintage reds and cask strength scotch. It's all ready to drink, so we did so. If all I've done today is miss a date by a couple of days, I'm way ahead :D .

I'm out - I went out today and lost a muffler. Until I get a replacement the bike is parked.

Yeah - what about meeting in Fredneck and ride - the HD shop on Rt 355 or at the Perkins Resturant just past the HD shop.

I rode for 200 miles today, and there was just a little ice. Nothing to worry about. Just have to ride slower than before.

    Monday - Wednesday 9am-6pm
    Thursday - Friday 9am-8pm
    Saturday 9am-6pm
    Sunday 11am-4pm

    From Southern MD and Virginia:
    Take 270n to Exit31A (RT85)
Make a right on Grove Road
Next Light make a right on Rt355 - we are located on the right side.

I'm going to pull off the muffler still on my bike, and try to make it up. Don't wait for me, though, as I am unsure that my bike will start when it is this cold.

I was late getting up to Frederick for the meet. 10:30 was the time, and I woke up at 10am. Took off north on route 270, and was doing about 85mph. It seems like everyone was in a hurry, cars were passing me like I was standing still. Saw 3 police cruisers giving tickets.

Got to the harley shop off of 355, and no one was there. I remembered something about a restaurant, and went up and down 355 trying to find it. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw a bunch of ugly gs's.
