Relic is like brand new as of last year I think. I remember bookmarking their page when it was still under construction, and then promptly forgot about it. Thanks for the reminder AJ. I see growlers in this weekend's forecast.

Relic was new last year. Looked like a broom closet. New tasting room is now open. 4-7 Fri & 12-3 Sat. Usually 2-3 beers but I'm told 5 this weekend. They have a great selection. I recommend the Prologue. Support a local guy chasing his dream.

I stopped by at 6. Sampled 5 and bought a half gallon of dunkleweise.

Showed the owner your tag photo. He's a big fan of Eli Cannons and was also there Wed.

Thanks! back in October I put a 688kit in there. Lots more umpf! :thumb Added a tooth to the front sprocket after xmas. I like the change in the rpms on the highway- pretty sweet. Then last week when I was doing the subframe drill through bolt, I ripped the KLR decals off. It had a 'ridge' of clear coat and I wanted to get it painted anyway, so I dropped it off at the local body shop to get a black stripe and a fresh clear coat- $120 and a klr 'bmw style' sticker later, voila! I'm really happy how it's looking.

On a side note, I'm having a little issue at 4k ~45-50 mph when it gurgles (and posted another thread for some tech advice), but otherwise I'm happy as a clam. I'd love it to warm up just a few degrees, cause sitting near 32° outside makes me a little nervous! (i might hit a patch of ice or some shit):eek1

So, does the tag stand? Or is a repeat? I can head out tmrw to get another one... (I'll probably head out anyway!!):clap
