Need help, my wee strom needs some work. Tires, fork seals, oil, clutch cable, and general look over. I do not have a place to work on it and no time this week to do that, itherwise I would do it my self (less the tires). Friend from Poland is picking it up for a road trip this Sunday. Can you recommend someone that will not cost a lot? Just got laid off, money is tight....

You can use some space in my garage if you want.

Good luck finding a shop to get you in, let alone done before Sunday this time of year. :deal

Based on the demographics of VW New Beetle owners (55% of which are women, the other 45% probably metrosexuals concerned with the curse of puffy eyes and too much red meat) we can see why the term “chick car” stuck.

I found a 03 Beetle TDI 5 speed with 109k for $2500.
I was thinking maybe 2" lift, some BFgoodrich ATs,and a bunch of 2" tube welded everywhere.Mount some 6" lights on it,and LineX it and it should make a pretty cool hard core chick car.
That aircooled one in the pic looks good for a 73,with alittle help could be fun.For the price anyway.
Always wanted a Baja bug.:lol3

WW Z was kinda' cool, scary, good special effects, etc. But, if you read the book like I did some years ago, don't expect it to follow the book because the only thing they have in common is the name.

Also don't look for any plot line or rational ending. Strictly an action flick.
