Place looks FUN need to put it on my have to do list.
looks like you're loving the new Beta, riceless... can't wait to see the next "chasing riceless (beta)"
That sounds like a good idea. I am sure Mil is ready to get out of the snow and rain he has been getting for a while.
That Beta looks sharp!
i was just watching an old FuelTv special (The Great Ride Open, on iTunes) where one of the episodes was shot at Ocotillo. the episode was focused on outlandish MX jumping, but they touched on free riding some of the same single track that you rode (including that incredibly steep drop off)
it's great to see someone "real" riding that same terrain. (not that the pro riders aren't real... just that they're kinda on another plain than us ADV-folk.)
looks like you're really enjoying the new BETA - it might be time to update your avatar pic. thanks for the awesome pics!
Those pics are awesome!! It's only 300 miles from Phoenix! I don't suppose it's a summer friendly place?
Only between 4am and around 11am. Maybe even later as long as you keep moving and nothing bad happens.
Nice Bike Brent!!!! WOW, I bet your loving it!!! All the more reason to come visit this summer!!
Looks like some great riding too!! Thanks for sharing.
Wow cool riding area. The soil is so different. It is so opposite from what I ride here and it is cool. Thanks for sharing your great pics... I didn't see any comparison report of the newer and older Beta's. My dealer has a new Beta 400 set up and going out to a neighbor island. Man is that thing sweet. My dealer has a 2010 520 that he upgraded with a 2011 red frame and he made it street legal. The newer frame has more reenfored areas but it's the same as he 2010 otherwise. I still in love with my 525 RS 09'. ...but the new bikes are tempting.
Here's a shot of my Beta(black 117). What's new for me is I have a machete passed down from my Dad who was a harccore trailcutter in his day and a new aluminum sheath to go on my bike. So opposite.... as the trails close out after a bit if they aren't ridden.
I saw that video on youtube a while ago. Looks like a blast.
I think my Beta will go all black some time soon. Looks sharp!
Thanks. Thanks for posting your vids and pics. I like seeing Beta's !!!!
+ 1 here, love seeing Beta's
