Found this billboard in the middle of my trip today.

Found another one out on and old abandoned bombrange, supposedly the airforce used it as a lookout over the targets on the range.

That UFO pic with the yellow Buell in Jersey, there was one exactly like it in Cape Hatteras a dozen years back.
It was a hot dog stand at the time. Owners told me they were actually a futuristic kit home sold by Sears way back in the jet age era.
Dont know if its true, but they sure are cool !!
The one in Cape Hatteras is still there! It moved across the street I believe
Have never been in it, but it's been there ever since I have started going to the Outerbanks about 30yrs ago..

Had amazing cole slaw hot dogs for cheap back then ! Cool folks, a great stop after sailing the outer banks all day on shortboards !

Close! - it's in Frisco - next town South of Buxton... Across the street from the Scotch Bonnet fudge shop... Speaking of - I JUST finished the last of my fudge from there.. That cookie dough fudge is out of control! My parents went a few weeks ago. Sadly I couldn't join them! But my mom brought me home 1.5lbs of fudge so I was happy! hahahaa
Good stuff - I'll be there next summer.
