    Hello Guy's,

Do you have a clear Safari in stock for a 2010 690r? I can't tell on the web site.

    Thanks, Eric.

    Hello Justgastanks,

I'm interested in purchasing a Safari tank for my 2008 Husky TXC.

Before purchase I need to know if this tank will work with a Scott's steering stabilizer (preferably a sub mount type). I figure you guys are close enough to Baja that there must be someone around who either runs this set up or can confirm Yea or Nay?

The frames for the TE and TXC are the same from 2008-2010.

I have asked around a bit and nobody has been able confirm these mods are compatible. A few maybe/should fit type answers but nothing solid.

    Thanks for your help.

    Pawlie

We are not 100% sure but it should fit. We have not haerd of them not fitting. It looks to have plenty of room!

    Thanks, Thomas

    Hello Ben,

Any word on the clear tank for a 2010 690r?

    Thank you, Eric.

Edit, Hey Ben, if you fill the Safari tank, will it in turn fill the main rear tank? Or, do you have to still fill the rear and then the front? I ask because I would like to use my GL Coyote bag, and getting to the rear gas cap can be a real pain. Thanks.

We do not have clears in stock. We have some tanks on the water and are expecting more in a couple weeks.

    Hi,

Just perused the whole thread thinking this must have been asked/answered already, but which IMS yellow would match my '02 yellow DR650?

Is this IMS yellow or IMS fluorescent yellow?

    http://advrider.com/forums/showpost.php?p=15802091&postcount=48414

Also, does JGT have a locking vented cap for the IMS tanks or should I get one from Procycle?

    Thanks

Wow! Thanks.. I must of read this after YOU edited. Haha.

The safari tank will slowly fill the rear tank when used this way(Means of a 1/4" line)

It is tough to fill if you have luggage on the bike. It would be almost better just to fill the rear up when you can IMHO. I had this setup on my 690 and loved it. The range was huge.

Once again, I apologize if I didn't see your full thread. :ear

This looks like the FLO Yellow(Regular yellow is a mustard color) and yes we have the Acerbis Locking cap that Procycle sells as well.

Let me know if we can help! Don't forget the ADVrider discount.

I was going to send you a private message, but I guess I just post here. Any chance you are making a tank for the triumph explorer? If not does anyone know if someone has made one yet? Atleast 6 hours of googling got me no where.
