So, is this a magazine or are they online ONLY?

Will they be a suitable place to send info about my hook?

Any other suggestions are VERY welcome, from ALL countries including forums.

    Thanks again

Guys, it looks like I'll also have a reseller/distributor in England soon (so far we're just talking but that's good news for those who live there).

That means that UK and Australia are covered but I would still like to find reps in many other countries. ESPECIALLY European countries.

    I need distributor/wholesalers/retailers and others.

    Thanks

    George

Had mine on the buell for a week or so. Pretty nifty little doodad. I don't always use it when I stop but it's nice to have it there. Plus you can hang other stuff on it as needed. It isn't in the way of any controls and hasn't been an issue riding.

I did not mount it to the dirt bike yet. I only use brush guards and not full bark buster type hand guards so I don't have bar ends. I have an alternate location that should work and when I get the chance I'll mount it and test it out. Plus I wouldn't want it on my bar ends on the dirt bike unless I could spin it out of the way (like another inmate did) for fear of breakage during spills.

A couple of photos mounted on the buell:

    Thanks again. Take care.

Wow, that was fast delivery! This is a great little add-on. This is one thing I like about this community: riders who come up with clever solutions to things that were bothering me but I didn't know what to do about.

For the Tenere, you had an extra washer in the package but I didn't seem to need it (am I wrong?). Your install picture "with handguard" was cut-off on your included flyer.

Thanks again for quick service and neat product. :thumbup

The extra washer isn't really needed. Someone some time ago had some problems where the washer would have helped but I don't intend to send it out with the new ones because it's such a small percentage.

Not sure about the cut off. Here's what the instructions look like...

If that's what you got, that's all there is...

Anyway, glad you liked it :)

    Thanks and tell EVERYBODY! :)

Seriously, keep in mind that I'm always looking for resellers, especially in other countries.

Take care and thanks for the kind words.

Just installed mine today on my '05 R1200GS.

I first tried to have it all the way on the outside, but I wasn't able to properly torque the bolt. Even if it felt snug enough, I could turn the hook and loosen the bolt and move the handguard. Plus, the bolt got stuck in the hook:

So I put the knurled aluminum bit in between the hook and the bolt, with the hook right against the outside of the handguard. Neither included washer had a big enough internal diameter to fit the bolt.

Also, a handy place to hang your keys (don't forget to bring them inside with you).

I like that. A little ingenuity goes a long way.

I'm thinking of doing the same with mine and putting it outside
the bar weights to get it even further away from the bike.
Just don't ride enough to have done it. Too hot for me down here :(

    THanks for the pics :)

I think the reason you couldn't tighten it enough was that your bolt was conical (the head), right?
IF so, that would leave you with very little surface to tighten it to.

One of the guys here had a conical bolt that he wanted to use so I sent him a hook without the washer and only a small hole. He drilled his own hole (wanted to do the same thing you did)
