These days we snap off digital images with abandon. Most of mine will sit on hard drives for the rest of their days. But once upon a time I loved a bike so much I sat her out in the sun, so as the light caught a sparkle of the mirrors. And then I took a roll of 24 film (a student who rarely splurged on the 36) and used up more than 10% of it on my fine, fine machine in the meadow. At the time it was almost all I owned in the world and all I owned of any real value. I paid the extra to develop it.
it squirmed a lot (but gleefully) and rattled out a baffle or two..
Normal Sunday morning coffee and a chat at Salamanca pl.
John and his 35' HD sidecar
Kerry's on her long road to recovery and riding one of her bikes.
Cams Jota and tasty 850 GT
Even the "Rusty Nuts Racing Team" made an appearance.
Wow. That guzzi is stunning.
Even more amazing is. Just how quite the engine is at idle. I have never heard a guzzi engine so smooth and quite.
Or quite quiet?
Tappet noise is good on guzzi's too?
Nice line up for Sunday coffee, I'd actually have to remember that if I ever get back to Tassy again, lived there '79 - '81,
The view from the house we rented, directly west of Franklin in the Huon Valley, plenty snow to play in,
that's why the 'ice road', down into '12 Alpine didn't worry me, strangely I like riding snow & ice, must be the challenge!
DRF - what's the go with Sunday get-togethers in Canberra classic/vintage scene?,
ya should put a few dates on this thread occasionally, never - know, Bev & I might grace you with our presence
