It was a gorgeous day for riding in the sunshine state. I had to meet with some residents this afternoon which made for a perfect excuse to get a couple hundred miles in on the connie. I stopped by Ay Jalisco in Vero Beach for some lunch and came across this sweet Indian. Not Hypatia Lee but still sweet. After ordering my lunch I went out to snap a pic and talked to the owner. He indicated that he bought it redone with 25 miles on it. He's got about 4,000 on it now and says it's breaking in nice. The bike is tough looking.

this is my twingle,i rescued it from my dads barn that was being torn down,he bought it at a police auction in 1978.and it sat till 2003 when the barn had to come down and this was in boxes, siezed beyond, and it still has original paint,(front fender is rattlecan)it is back on the street and i'll bet the only one with clubman bars.it's a nasty bike to ride,it bounces all over the place and stinks, but it's awsome...:D

a friend of mine opened a museum in Orange County, Newburgh, NY called Motorcyclepedia and has what is being billed as the largest collection of Indians in the world, and it probably is. every bike in this room is an Indian including a timeline from 1902-1953, one from each year.

    sorry for the hijcak..
