right now i ride a 75 honda xl350 and im looking to upgrade to a newer bike for better offroad riding. now would a newer (2000 up) 350 have more power due to being lighter and newer then my current 350? just trying to decide what size bike i want. im thinking a 450 probably.

Well, does it have to be a Honda? A step in the right direction would be a DRZ 400, a dual purpose machine. Or even a KLR 650, another great machine.

But, keep what you have, I feel the Suzuki is a great choice. It has a great reputation. The KLR 650, well what can I say, the bike has a great reputation. Along with of course the DR 650.
