I LOVE Metallica's version of Astronomy. GREAT road tune. Any songs that tell some sort of story work well for me. Find myself listening to a lot of Bob Marley on the road. Calming...uplifting...informative... always a story. embarrassingly, there are some Enya tunes that can make a ride nice and chill...I also enjoy that. Recently, Iv'e been streaming stand up comedy lol.
Now, here's a few I like if were gonna go fast.....
DANZIG. -mother,long way back from hell
Misfits: where eagles dare
Pantera: "f**king hostile"
Suicidal Tendencies: cant stop, you cant bring me down
Metallica -So what,stone cold crazy.
