The border itself can be without so much as a livestock fence in places, but that condition normally goes hand in hand with relatively remote or rugged terrain. Currently, the fortified parts of the border that you hear of tend to be near roads and populated areas.
I'm 0 for 5 now... haven't run over a snake up there yet.
According to the BP, this dog has resided at the WWII Bunkers for several years. He has a house, daily water and food, and has even been for a vet check-up recently. He just doesn't want to leave the mountain for good...

Besides Otay Mountain, where else in the vecinity can I ride mt street legal dirt bike? I'm relatively new to off road trails and I want to ride them all.
