    Hey folks
A while back I picked up a set of luggage racks and ammo can panniers off a fellow ADV rider from down south.
I have never fully mounted them and upon reflection will probably just use my existing soft luggage instead.
I just want to recover my expenses and offer them to anyone locally here who might be interested.

    PM if intersted.

If you guys are tired of hearing that starter squawk on cold mornings, you might want to get the new starter end cap with bearing put out by Warp 9, and sold through Procycle. We bought two recently, and installed the first on Stephanie's bike, and mine's going on next week.

Would anyone happen to have a spare rear sprocket carrier bearing dust seal? I need one today or tomorrow for a ride on Monday and can't find one in time.

Not sure if we mentioned how Stephanie's bike puked its engine oil out a couple of summers ago, because the DR didn't come with a rear drive sprocket/countershaft seal retainer. Well the 2014 DRs apparently do have a retainer now, so I ordered a couple from MSW recently.

    Picked it up today...

We already have the ProCycle version on both of our original DRs but we bought a third DR recently and it needs the retainer.

I actually ordered two, one for a so called friend who might have been getting a DR but that's not likely to happen now. The second was back-ordered, but likely will be in before long.

Anybody want it when it gets here? $18 + HST.

In case anyone is still subscribed to this old thread I thought I'd post that I selling my DR650. It was a great single bike solution but I'm going to try a two bike solution with a V-Strom and a DR-Z400.

$2,000 as is, or $2,500 with safety. AFAIK It will just need a speedometer and a chain guard for a safety. I have the original speedometer but the RMZ front wheel has no speedometer drive, I'm currently using my GPS as a speedometer.

    DR250 tail light (OEM included)
Under fender license plate mount with LED license light (OEM is included)
Ken Sean folding mirrors (OEM included)
    GSXR1000 Titanium muffler (OEM included)
520 conversion sprockets and DID x-ring chain
    heated grips
    Aluminum bars (OEM included)
HDB hand guards & handlebar clamp with black plastic wind guards (white guards included)
RM-Z250 forks, triple clamps and front wheel (OEM parts with Race Tech Gold valve included)
Cogent Dynamics rear shock with stiffer spring (OEM spring included)
    IRC TR8 front tire

Damn, read entire thread only to arrive at the end with the sale of the DR650 :(
Well, I have a 2015 DR650, no miles on it...I assume after all those mods, it finaly rides like ummmm....an unmodified DR650? hehehe
Would love to hear about the DRz400 since that was one on my list.

Well the DR-Z400S has been postponed for now. Between my trail bike and the V-Strom I have enough toys for now. The DR650 works great (much better than stock) and has now been sold. Perhaps the new owner will continue the story here.
