Am I supposed to insult BMW now & talk about the pricks that ride them? I'm cornfused
That should go in Pee Leak I would think
I like those old air-cooled twin-shock singles too, Jaxxzenn--and even tho some purists would say this right here is heresy, I dig it:
I bet that bike would do a wheelie. Prolly would do a stoppie too.
That is gorgeous.....
Yeah I think so too. I'd put some Distanzias or Gripsters on it for a little more offroad-ability, and call it a day. Here's another one, not quite as purty, but close:
While bike number two is not quite as dressed up it does have a rear disc. Either one would be big fun to hooligan around on with out a doubt
Well today the Gov starts paying me for surviving 65 years.
I damn well deserve it.
OK ya got me there. I'm a sucker for used tires, especially when they're priced right.
I'm perpetually amazed that yer older than my dad, BTW. Only by a few months, but still. He either acts way older than his age, or you act way younger than yours. I think it's prolly a little of both.
Congrats and happy birthday
Another reason you're my hero old (young) friend!
Happy Birthday Vic
Here's a pic for you POGs--maybe the best aviation-related pic I've ever seen in my life. My wife is a photography buff and actually has some skillz with a camera, and she said this pic was brilliantly executed. I'm just a random dipwad, with minimal photography skillz, but I know she's right.
I bet one of you POGs will be able to correct me if I'm mistaken, but I believe the photographer is in a B-25 Mitchell; that air intake above the engine is a dead giveaway.
Is he being escorted by Pappy Boyington?
....great pic inept..
If that's Pappy, his plane oughta be marked VMF-214.
I loved Black Sheep Squadron when I was a little ineptizoid
