Hey Matt thankx damn I missed it, must have been hot you guys dipping in the h2o and all. Sorry I missed it but the ac in the house today was fine. Dr650 is getting some farkles on it too. So much fun I love putting shit in this bike, finding my limit tho. They don't make much more for the dr. Maybe next carb and exhaust, I don't know is it really worth it? Going to virgin islands next Thursday so see you guys ten days after that. Wife and I are taking a catamaran with 3 other couples from st. Martin to ????????????. Oh can't wait lots of nothing, nothing, nothing. :clap

Pic #4 of clapped_r6 post kinda sucked. I'd quote it, but I don't really want to show it off again. Balance is not my thing, apparently.
Good times; warm mountain lake; all daay ride.

Have fun doing NOTHING down South asrvivor!!

Gifford ride looks to have been most excellent. I just barely got into the NF just north of Willard. Then I found logging-, powerline- and LNG-roads galore. This is near Mill A.

Warning: If you see the following T-Shirt as armor, Flat-Biller Squid riding around, ignore him.

He has been known to lead unaware dirt noobs onto dead end forest roads for purposes of mocking them when they can't "Hang." He has been known to talk to his "Bros" about how slow everyone is compared to him. You have been warned.

I didn't get many pics as I was having too much fun. Click on the squid for the few pics I took.

    Thanks again Hells!

"Don't try to keep up with Road Rash" I sez.

"Ride your own ride" I tells him.

"Look through the turn. LOOK THROUGH THE TURN LOOK THROUGH THE TURN." I say.

"I will bring up the rear..."

The first moving right hander I begin to become concerned. :huh

The first moving left hander, I helplessly watched my Brother on my DR blow a turn... get off onto the gravel shoulder... Holds it... manages to cross over a driveway then proceeds into the ditch and BIFFS IT!!! :doh

It was a classic, text book Pirate n00b on a cruiser move.

The good: Brother will be fine (ATGATT w/shitty boots) scuffed shin, a couple of bruises and a little stiffness this AM.

The Bad: My DR looks like it had an extra season of me. :lol3

I feel so bad that this happened Sim, glad Steve is OK.

I was going easy as Bob (obie) was riding my KLX which was a bit different then his big cruiser................I do feel bad, but also glad it wasn't worse.

It was also nice of all the people (good ol'rednecks) that stopped to offer their help :thumb.

Anyone up for a ride from Sandy to Hood River on Saturday? Does anyone know if the riding area at Hood River is closed for fire danger right now?
