Anyone up for a half-day ride tomorrow, Sunday? I can leave NW Portland at 12 noon. There is another area west of Scappoose that I poked my head into before meeting up with E & K. I'd like to go explore it further. E, you up for a third day in a row? :lol3 'Almost There', given my time constraints I can't make it down to your neck of the woods. If you want to head this way let me know. A meet up at the top of Cornelius Pass works too.

Geez, this was a fun time. I'm looking into getting some 606's so I can ride the mud a bit better. I can't wait for the next outing. Thanks for the riding!!

Perhaps a ride the weekend of the 19th? Should be warmer and I need a reason to install my new Dunlops

    I'm in for the 19th.

Proll'y going to be more snow than mud anywhere at elevation...

Snow could be fun. Until it isn't.

I'm a tentative IN this weekend, Saturday. Sunday may work better. Will know more tomorrow. Any ideas on destinations? Where's the snow level?

I am a tentative for Sunday, but I can't step up as an instigator because it may be a last-minute "in" for me.

Looks like it will be wet, wet, wet so I doubt I will make it plus it's dumping on the mountain. :clap

I'm looking at Sunday too. I'm busy Saturday. It's a secret, but you'll all find out soon enough.

Well as it turns out, I'm not working tomorrow (Fri). I would like to ride, if the weather permits -- forecast for tomorrow doesn't look any better or worse than the weekend. Anyone else? Grand Central @ 10 am? [see post #1 of thread]

A few folks from the supermoto forum are meeting up at Brown's camp tomorrow (Sat) at 10:00. Roger's camp parking area. Let me know if you need details. Look for a big ugly blue and white van.

Any chance the side of your van says FREE CANDY on the side?

Anybody for a short-ish Sunday morning ride?

EDIT: It looks WAY wet.... :(

I just got the bike ready. Would like to be back home at 2.

I also broke my heated grips... In the same day I put heated grips on my girls XT225... annoying!!!

So you guys have pics from Brown's Camp? Was there snow? Sufficiently muddy?

WB ... yeah, looks like it's gonna be wet tomorrow. But I can at least give it a go -- head out and call it done when we get too wet. Grand Central at 10 am? Or you wanna go meet at nine? Anyone else?

No pictures, just some solid riding. Justin was rocking all the blue squares on some 17" distanzias with minimal whining so I would rate trail condition as fair to good. There were a few patches of ice but mostly good tacky mud. Way drier than I expected. I'm out for tomorrow. About 3/4 to drunk and an oil change and gear washing is not going to happen between now and 10am.

I will say in for 10... But if it is super shitty in the AM, or I have any trouble with the bike (I had a weird noise on Thursday, but I think it was just the spedo) I am out.

I want to try out my GPS. :D
