All the advise is good and spot on... IMHO or even IMEO - start with fresh compression. Ring (in the case of the 200) or piston and ring with new fresh bore and THEN start to refine carb exhaust etc. The KTM 200 will run with almost no compression... If you know the compression is OK (can you push it through with your HAND? if so it aint shit) then I would look at gummed up exhaust First before other remedies. BTW I have repack kit that has never been opened. The more I listen to the vid the more I think you are clogged up in the muffler... who knows.... Ask Gimmie why a bad battery on a 2012 5 Hunny acts like a clogged filter!!!! Good luck.
