We probably won't do an M4 version, but I am drawing up a version that has a long slot and a pocket so you can use a wide range of sizes as through bolts or with a nuts for threaded holes. Kind of a universal mounting plate. Will most likely accommodate .125" -.25" bolts, so the M4 would fall within that. Would also then work with non-AMPS hole patterns.
We've got an ipad mini sized one in the works. Realistically, we're looking at a January release, most likely.
An ipad mini is 8" x 5.3" x 0.25". I assume the throat of your device will accept the 5.3" dimension. The tablet I will mount is 8" x 6" x 0.375". Will your device accommodate it?
Can you post up a pic of the prototype with the wing with a tablet in it, so I can savvy the design intent?
Another thumbs up for the prefect squeeze. I've tested it in downhill MTB with my rigid 29+. I've tested it on several dirtbikes and not held back. This past weekend I moved it over to a quad and rode 75 miles through all manner of conditions with it. I feel even more confident in it now! "Good job, guys. "
Hi, Do you know if the bar-tab mount will fit on the cbf/x/r500 ? I would like to use one of those chromed screws https://i.imgur.com/Qhd7rpI.jpg
The Bar-Tab should fit just fine. The screws we provide right now are the same black oxide SHCS that that ram mount comes with (different lengths, though.) But anm M8 bolt will work as long as it's the correct length.
I just mounted mine on my bike and I have to agree this thing is pure artwork! No more rubber bands on the X-Grip. Now I need to order one for my mountain bike.
It's easy to swap over. I use mine with a Ram grip on my mtb, atv, bike, whatever. Haven't figured it how to ride more than one at once, so haven't bought another prefect squeeze. Oddly enough I have several x grips though. "Good job, guys. "
Here's a sneak peek at the mini tablet mount, along with a no-drill Ram-ball mount for 3rd gen Toyota Tacomas (I just bought one and wanted to use a Perfect Squeeze :) Everything is still in testing, but if you have a 3rd gen Tacoma that you off-road with and want to test a mount, let me know. Plan to have these and the ipad version on the site by the end of the month.
