We made a design change a couple of months ago and removed the integrated dovetail on the bottom of the Perfect Squeeze and started including the Portrait Plate with the Low-Profile Clamps. That way if you're using a ram ball there's no excess material on the PS, and if you order the standard Low profile Clamps, you get the option to mount in either orientation.

    For Mr. Mondo-Hondo,
Great looking & performing kit! I'm ready to purchase for sure. What'd be the right combo for my set-up:

    1. 1190 R OEM windshield
2.. Garmin Montana clips into my SW-Motech mount (no-go mounting PerfSq. there)
    3. Loaded KTM tank bag always on (Low profile clamp location obscures my iPhone 6 no?)
    4. Profile view no problem
    5. Not real excited about rams, rams' arms and rams' balls (ewe!)

Thanks for your help; my PP account is itching for some action!

Bought on at Union Garage in Brooklyn NY. It was nice to see it and handle it before buying and I like supporting my local shops especially when they carry something this cool and "underground"!

    Packaging wasn't what I expected...

I want to make an order and have a few questions.
    1) I have a Raid designs fairing on my SE with 12mm (.5") crossbars for mounting hardware.
Will the low profile clamps work on those bars?
    2) when I order the Perfect squeeze do I also order the clamp or is it included?
    3) Since the PS uses AMPS mounting can I order an additional low profile clamp to use with the factory cradle for my Garmin Montana?

The LP clamps will fit the .5" crossbar.

The clamps aren't included. Choose the LP clamp mounting option from the dropdown near the add to cart button to bundle them together.

The LP clamps can be used with AMPS compatible mounts. I believe there's a photo in this thread of someone doing just that with a garmin mount.

I just got a second squeeze and it doesn't have the slide cut out on the back for the low profile bar mount.. is that normal now? Has the design changed?

Yep, that's the new design. The Low profile clamps now come with the portrait plate included. You can mount the plate inline for landscape mounting or perpendicular for portrait.

So the low profile mount and portrait plate I have won't work with this new unit?

They should work just fine. We added two centered threaded holes to the back of the Perfect Squeeze so the portrait plate can bolt on either in the center for landscape mounting, or perpendicular for portrait mounting.

Here are some photos of how it mounts. In landscape mode we offset the portrait plate toward the top so the clamps are more centered under the phone.

To second that. You can use it in any orientation, including with the wheel up.

To answer my own question, I just received the perfect squeeze, and it works with my Kyocera Duraforce E6560, and my iPhone 6. I have the low profile clamp, with the mount clamped for vertical orientation to a Touratech GPS bar on my 06 R1200GS:

    perfect squeeze.JPG perfect squeeze 2.JPG

One point to watch out for is that the large programmable button on the left hand side of the Duraforce E6560 just barely fits between the posts. If you are mindful of this when you set the phone in the mount, it is not an issue at all. Overall, the mount/hardware appear to be of excellent quality.

One question for Hondo Garage, and for those who have the most recent version with the bolt-on dovetail, did you use loctite on the screws?

Received today! That was quick. Looks and feels great, will install over the weekend cause I need to sort out the nav gear too.

    Thanks!
